PRINCE2 is the structured project management method of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), which has become the standard for organizing, managing and managing projects.
It is a generic approach, based on best practice, for the management of all types of projects.
Flexible approach
The Agile approach is based on a different approach than the traditional PRINCE2 waterfall method: agilists assume that it is very difficult (if not impossible) to capture a project in a complete plan and design beforehand.
As a result, resource schedules and project results will always turn out differently than in the plan.
